About the New England Road Trip Photo Album

The album is 5.5"x7" cardboard bound and contains 40 pages of black construction paper. Glued to the pages are photographs taken during two four-day road trips taken by two couples, Edgar and Emily, Bob and Annis. No last names given. Each photograph is identified with the location and date taken; activities include camping, fishing and sight-seeing.

The album is divided into two parts, the first page is titled “A Happy Circuit through Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts from Wednesday, 9 Sept., 1925 to Sunday 13 Sept., 1925. Edger, Emily, Bob, Annis.”

The first page of the second trip is titled “Expedition No. 2 Friday, May 7-Saturday, May 9 (1926). Edgar & Emily, Bob & Annis and the pup. Greenfield, Brattleboro, Purgatory, Bennington, The Mohawk Trail.”
