Okay, you've filled out the application, so what happens next?

It can take us anywhere from a week to a month to get back to you. We check the work/study status of all our applications, which can take several days. After that we try to match qualified applicants' schedules to current openings. We will then contact qualified applicants for an interview. Please feel free to contact us to verify the status of your application.

Also, be sure to contact us if you make any class changes or have changes in your work/study package as these changes may influence hiring decisions. You can update your application online.

If you're hired, you will need to fill out:

W4 forms
I9 forms, for which two forms of ID are required. These may include your US Passport, student ID card, Social Security Card, or a certified copy (not a photocopy!) of your Birth Certificate.

We will go over all of these forms with you as needed.
