Fees

For all forms of reproduction a Reproduction Use form must be completed. All checks are to be made payable to the University of New Hampshire.

Photocopies

• $5 minimum charge for all orders sent via mail.
• $0.25 per page for the first 50 pages and $0.45 cents per page thereafter for published materials that are not part of manuscript collections.
• $0.40 per page for the first 50 pages and $0.60 per page thereafter for materials from manuscript collections and all 11×17 copies.
• $1.00 per page for color copies.
• $3.50 minimum to mail orders ($5 if order is to be mailed outside the U.S.).

Scans

• $5 minimum charge for all orders.
• $0.50 per scan for the first 50 pages and $0.75 per page thereafter (saved as either JPEG or PDF).
• No additional charge if sent via e-mail.
• Additional fee if used in publication (see Publication Fees below).

Prints or Slides

• $5 processing fee per order - see Print & Copywork Order Form for specific charges.
• $3.50 minimum to mail orders ($5 if order is to be mailed outside the U.S.).
• Additional fee if used in publication (see Publication Fees below).

Compact Discs

• $5 per CD.
• $15 per hour labor fee after first hour.

Publication Fees

For one time use in a publication, complete a Request to Publish Form.
