AGREEMENT

The duplication of photographs and slides is permitted with the understanding that such images 
are intended solely for use by the applicant. Copy negatives of Special Collections materials will 
not be made available for further use. The generation of additional copies or transfer of 
duplicated images to any other person or institution is permitted only with the prior written 
permission of the UNH Library.

The applicant must have a completed "Request to Publish" form before any duplicated visual 
materials are used in a publication. This agreement does not grant permission to publish.

In providing copies of photographic prints or slides, the UNH Library claims no rights beyond 
ownership of the material and assumes no responsibility for infringement of copyrights held by 
others.

Applicant's statement of responsibility:

I have read the above statements. I will make no further copies without the permission of the 
UNH Library. I understand that this agreement does not grant permission to publish and that I 
must receive written permission from the UNH Library before publishing any duplicated visual 
materials. I also assume sole responsibility for infringement of copyright, or other rights 
pertaining to this material, and I indemnify and hold harmless the UNH Library against all suits, 
claims, actions, and expenses arising out of the use of the materials described below.
