Do I need an Ariel number to set up an account?
No, you don't. Enter your email address in the Ariel field. Your articles will be delivered electronically to this address if you choose email as your preferred delivery method.
How quickly will items be delivered?
Document Delivery requests usually arrive within 2-4 days. In general, the more accurate and complete information you include in your request, the faster it can be processed. Please see the section below titled, 'How can I speed up my Document Delivery request?' for more information.
How can I speed up my Document Delivery request?
- Provide a full citation. Having a complete citation makes processing the request much easier (and faster). If you are not sure what elements make a complete citation or you can only find a partial citation, please ask a reference librarian or your branch librarian. They will be happy to assist you.
- Or call 603-862-1544. Any of our reference librarians or branch librarians will be happy to help you try to find the item that you need in a hurry, or to find comparable resources in the collection here at UNH.
- The best way to ensure that your request will be filled in time is to plan ahead.
