The BLC WorldCat catalog allows you to search and request books and media held by libraries in the Boston Library Consortium and participating libraries worldwide. This page describes borrowing through the BLC. Borrowing from other participating libraries worldwide is done through Interlibrary Loan.
Searching and Requesting
Anyone may search, but only current UNH students, faculty, and staff may make requests. One 28-day renewal is permitted for books. Items may be renewed online. Media items circulate for 7 days and cannot be renewed.
Delivery can take as little as 1 day, but typically takes 3-5 days. View your requests online.
You may make up to 25 requests per month.
Apply for a Boston Library Consortium Card
UNH is a member of the Boston Library Consortium (BLC), a cooperative association of academic and research libraries in the greater Boston area.
Most BLC member libraries are open to on-site use by patrons of other member libraries. If your work requires extensive use of materials not available at UNH, you may qualify for a Boston Library Consortium (BLC) card which will enable you to borrow materials from another BLC library. Consortium Library Cards are available at the Dimond Library Circulation Desk.
