The old VPN sites, vpn.unh.edu and ecgvpn.unh.edu, have been retired by campus IT. VPN users now use connect.vpn.unh.edu and an application called Junos Pulse.
If you are a VPN user and access library resources from off-campus, you will need to use the alternate "all traffic" Junos Pulse configuration. This option sends all traffic (not just UNH traffic) through the VPN. When configuring your Junos client, the Server URL or URL field should be set to
If you do not use the UNH VPN, off-campus access to library resources remains the same. The VPN is not needed for remote access to these resources, but does add a level of security for the user.
