to the library’s digital collections, the entire 1878
Atlas of NH Geology will be on display along with information about
its creator, Professor Charles Hitchcock, who was affiliated with both UNH
and |
| Forty panoramic
maps of NH cities and towns from the 1890s are part of the roughly 100
other historic maps on display from the Library
of Congress American Memory digital collection. GIS Day is a geo-spatial science conference and college fair held annually to introduce high school students, the UNH community and the general public to geographic information, global positioning and remote sensing technologies, and consists of posters, exhibits, vendors and presentations. |
