Finals are here! The UNH Library has many activities planned to make your finals week as stress free as possible.

Monday 12/14

Sanity Central

Available at all times and at various locations.
Reduce stress by getting creative with crafts and games.

Study Buddies

Available at all times and at various locations.
Relieve stress by visiting the furry friends from ElderPet and Pet Partners.

Cookie & Coffee Break

2pm, Level 4
Take a break with coffee, donated by Zeke's Café and home baked cookies provided by library faculty and staff.

Art Therapy

2-3pm, Room 502
Become more focused with a creative relaxation session

Primal Scream

8:30pm, Level 3, Lobby
Have you ever wanted to scream in a library? Ease your tension with a one minute primal scream hosted by Student Senate.

    Take a 15-minute break with calming yoga, with the UNH Innerpeace Yoga Club

    Where? Murkland Courtyard; if rain, Room 352
    Take a break and get the blood flowing. How long can you keep a hoop in motion? Brought to you by Campus Recreation
