The Stacks Unit is responsible for the maintenance of the stacks (books and the equipment used to house them, shelves, etc.), and the retrieval of materials requested by patrons.
The Dimond Library houses many different collections: periodicals, newspapers, microforms, government documents, reference, special collections and archives, multimedia, and course reserves. However, the Stacks Unit is primarily responsible for the circulating books.

Level 5.
Books beginning with call number A-L are on
Level 4.
Those beginning with M-Z are on
Level 5.
