If you think you have lost something in Dimond Library, you can fill out the form below. Please provide us with your name, a useful description of the item,* and a phone number and/or email address we can use if the item is found. We cannot of course guarantee that the item you lost will be found, or that if we find it we will keep it indefinitely (for example, do not expect us to still have an item you lost 2 months ago).
