Circulation Policies
Our normal period for books is 4 weeks.
Periodicals,
Multimedia items and
Reserve materials all have different circulation policies, which can be viewed on their respective web pages.
ID Required - All members of the UNH community are required to present a valid UNH ID to borrow library materials. We cannot accept any other means of identification for the purposes of borrowing library materials.
Other patrons who originally received their library card from the Circulation Desk must also provide us with their library card in order to borrow items. If a patron in this category has lost their library card, we can replace it for them for a small fee as long as they can provide us with a photo ID.
Items available from Dimond Library, except periodicals, can be held at the Circulation Desk for up to three days in order to allow patrons time to provide us with their current UNH ID or library card.
