and his service as a member of the 2nd Battalion, 18th Regiment, N.H. militia. Babb
also comments about his love life, politics, and local events such as the
circumstances surrounding the suicide of Isaac Osgood, an officer in the militia. It
also includes a two-page genealogy of the Babb family.
