Responsibilities/Contact Me About: I am responsible for all aspects of the administration of the University Library. My primary responsibilities are operational activities including managing the library through department heads, overseeing the Library budget ($15,000,000), negotiating large contracts for the library, and building productive and fruitful relationships with faculty, staff, donors, and patrons. I also coordinate strategic planning efforts, fundraising and donor relations, technology and other initiatives with other USNH libraries, Boston Library Consortium activities and initiatives with other partners both on and off campus. As a member of the Dean's Council I participate actively in decisions and deliberations in all aspects of UNH Academic Affairs. I also advocate for the library and educate University officials on ever-changing environmental conditions that affect the library.
